Shooting Package – Refund Policy
At Silverdale Gun Club, we prioritize customer satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our services. Our commitment is to ensure that your experience with us is seamless and worry-free. Therefore, we have established a comprehensive refund policy that covers various scenarios to provide you with peace of mind.
- Accidental Orders or Inability to Attend Booked Times: If you encounter any issues such as accidental orders or being unable to attend during your booked times, rest assured that we have you covered. We offer a refund for any voucher-related problems you may encounter less 3% (processing fees).
- Unavailability of Packages: Please understand that circumstances may arise where a package becomes unavailable. In such instances, we guarantee that you will receive credit with SGC for the monetary value of your purchase to be used towards any other package. This ensures that your investment remains secure and can be applied to alternative options within our range of offerings.
Our refund policy reflects our commitment to your satisfaction and demonstrates our confidence in the services we offer.
Refunds on SGC Merchandise
1. Refunds
We will be happy to process a full refund for any purchase as long as the request for a refund is made within 24 hours of the purchase. Beyond that point, the purchase is final. No changes can be made, and the order cannot be modified in any way.
2. Defects
Should your item turn out to be defective upon arrival, or should you find that you did not receive the product you ordered, please contact us within 1 week of delivery so that we can arrange a return. After the 1-week mark, all return requests are decided on a case-by-case basis and most likely final.
Please ensure that you do not discard the item you received, as you may be asked to return it, and be sure to keep the original packaging as well. Please note that our customer support team might ask you for a short video and/or photos that clearly show the defect.
If we ask you to return the item, we will provide a return label so that you won’t have to pay shipping fees.
3. Returns:
Returns are only considered if you did not receive what you ordered or if the item is defective upon arrival. If the item is received as ordered, it is considered to be a final sale.
Course Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY: Our instructors are government agents; please cancel as written below.
Add changes or cancellations should be emailed in writing to info@silverdalegunclub.com. Firearm and Hunting Courses – cancellation or rescheduling of courses must be done 10 days before the course for a full refund or no-charge rebooking. Less than ten days will incur a $50.00 per course charge. No-shows will forfeit your full payment. All refunds will incur a 3% service fee charge.
Unavoidable circumstances may warrant special consideration (proof will be required), but please note
that the above charges will apply to most circumstances. The courtesy email you receive to remind you
of your course is usually made 10 to 20 days prior to the course. We cannot be responsible for emails
that are given incorrectly so it is your responsibility to know when your appointment is scheduled.
RESCHEDULING COURSES: You will be given two opportunities to reschedule. After 2 cancelled courses, you will not have the opportunity to reschedule nor will you be given a refund of $50 per course.
Membership Cancellation
All cancellations should be emailed in writing to info@silverdalegunclub.com.
New Members: we do allow up to 15 days to decide to cancel for full payment returned, less the 3% service fee and cost of membership card printed.
Membership Renewals: Previous year members canceling membership between March 31st and April 30th will incur the following fee loss: 3% service fee, use of range from time of purchase to cancellation, $45.00 insurance, cost of membership card (if reprint is needed). Non-previous year members canceling membership payment between time of renewal and April 30th will incur the following fee loss: 3% service fee, use of range from time of purchase to cancellation, $45.00 insurance, cost of membership card (if reprint is needed).
No Refunds will be given after April 30th each year.
The following items are not refundable:
- Gift Certificates
- Promotional codes
- Trap Tokens
- Day Passes
- Event Registrations
