Shooting Package – Refund Policy


At Silverdale Gun Club, we prioritize customer satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our services. Our commitment is to ensure that your experience with us is seamless and worry-free. Therefore, we have established a comprehensive refund policy that covers various scenarios to provide you with peace of mind.

  1. Accidental Orders or Inability to Attend Booked Times: If you encounter any issues such as accidental orders or being unable to attend during your booked times, rest assured that we have you covered. Within 14 days of your purchase, we offer a full refund for any voucher-related problems you may encounter.
  2. Exceeding the 14-Day Timeframe: In case you realize the issue beyond the initial 14-day period, we still want to make it right for you. Within 30 days of the purchase, we will provide you with a credit equivalent to the full amount paid, which can be utilized for future transactions with SGC.
  3. Unavailability of Packages: Please understand that circumstances may arise where a package becomes unavailable. In such instances, we guarantee that you will receive credit with SGC for the value of your purchase. This ensures that your investment remains secure and can be applied to alternative options within our range of offerings.

Please note the following additional details:

  • Case-by-Case Requests: Beyond the initial 30-day period, we handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis. In these situations, we will issue a refund for the value you paid, deducting a 10% processing fee.
  • 30-Day Package Guarantee: We stand behind the packages you purchase from us for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. After this timeframe, refunds will no longer be provided.

At Silverdale Gun Club, we aim to provide you with a risk-free purchasing experience and ensure that you receive the utmost value from your transactions. Our refund policy reflects our commitment to your satisfaction and demonstrates our confidence in the services we offer.

Refunds on SGC Merchandise

1. Refunds

We will be happy to process a full refund for any purchase as long as the request for a refund is made within 48 hours of the purchase. Beyond that point, the purchase is final. No changes can be made, and the order cannot be modified in any way.

2. Defects

Should your item turn out to be defective upon arrival, or should you find that you did not receive the product you ordered, please contact us within 1 week of delivery so that we can arrange a return. After the 1-week mark, all return requests are decided on a case-by-case basis and most likely final. 

Please ensure that you do not discard the item you received, as you may be asked to return it, and be sure to keep the original packaging as well. Please note that our customer support team might ask you for a short video and/or photos that clearly show the defect.

If we ask you to return the item, we will provide a return label so that you won’t have to pay shipping fees.

3. Returns:

Returns are only considered if you did not receive what you ordered or if the item is defective upon arrival. If the item is received as ordered, it is considered to be a final sale. 

Course Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of scheduled appointment at least 7 days prior to the course: Full refund of deposit/full payment will be returned.
Cancellation of a scheduled course within the 7 days of appointment time: No refund of $50 per course (please note, combo courses are two courses)
No Show: No refund will be given


Online order refunds will be charged the processing fee of 3% on all orders


Unavoidable circumstances may warrant special consideration (proof will be required), but please note
that the above charges will apply to most circumstances. The courtesy email you receive to remind you
of your course is usually made 10 to 20 days prior to the course. We cannot be responsible for emails
that are given incorrectly so it is your responsibility to know when your appointment is scheduled. Less
than 7 days’ notice does not allow Silverdale sufficient time to offer your course appointment to another
student requesting space in a class. Thank you for understanding the importance of keeping your
appointment.

RESCHEDULING COURSES: You will be given two opportunities to reschedule. After 2 cancelled courses, you will not have the opportunity to reschedule nor will you be given a refund of $50 per course.

The following items are not refundable:

Silverdale Gun Club gift cards

Promotional codes have no cash value and are not refundable
