We are thrilled to announce the inaugural TacFit Canada Games! This will be Ontario’s first major event designed to challenge competitors through a unique blend of physical fitness and shooting proficiency. TacFit will test participants’ endurance, strength, and mental resilience in high-pressure scenarios.
This exciting event is scheduled to take place next year, but we are offering four introductory training sessions this year to prepare you for the challenge coming Summer 2025. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or a beginner eager to learn, these sessions offer something for everyone. If you are also a beginner shooter, you will be in good hands with our educated firearm instructors! All sessions will be held at Silverdale Gun Club.

Session 1: August 21st – Free Info Session
Session 2: August 28th

Training Session Details:
Sessions 1: Free Information Session
Sessions 2 & 3: Firearm Proficiency and Safety
• Focus on the use and safety of Handguns (Glock and M&P 9mm), Rifles (Smith and Wesson M&P 9mm carbine), and Shotguns (12 gauge).
• All skill levels are welcome. It’s an excellent opportunity for new shooters to learn safe firearm operation.
• While a PAL (Possession and Acquisition License) is recommended, it is not required for participation. You can acquire it at a later date.
• PAL training and acquisition will be available on specific dates.
• PAL courses are available if you wish to take this further and enter the world of firearm ownership
Session 4: Athletic Development
• This session will focus on skill development and improving proficiency in athletic movements.
• Participants will practice sled drags, farmer carries, bag lifts, box jumps, and the use of weighted vests, among other exercises. Session 5: TacFit Games Canada Training
• This session will combine shooting and exercise to prepare you for competition.
• The workout will incorporate both the fitness and marksmanship aspects of the TacFit Games, providing a comprehensive training experience.
